The Customer needs to initiate a request for a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, Hettich will allow the return of products only in the following cases:
- The product is defective at the time of delivery.
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
- The product is different from the description on the website.
- The customer needs a different product.
Once the request has been made by the customer, the replacement procedure shall be initiated and replacement shall be made within 30 days from the date of request. If you don't get the replacement within the promised date, contact us immediately at our helpline or by email.
The return and replacement of the product is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted
- Brand packaging should be intact
- The receipt of the original invoice should be available
- No physical damage to the box or to the product
- No return without original packaging and accessories
- Return requests should be made within the specified time frame
- Where the products cannot be replaced we shall refund you for the same within 30 days from the date of request for return. We shall accordingly mail you confirming the refund within the specified time frame.
